I love Thanksgiving! It is a holiday that is all about the food, family and realization of everything good in our lives. I know there is going to be lots of good food for me to eat today. I feel confident that it will be a day of “controlled” indulgence and I will concentrate on being with and enjoying my family!
I have so much to be thankful for and I truly express my gratitude on a daily basis! Hope you all take a moment to appreciate all the wonderful people in your life today!

my kids and beautiful fall days…
my parents, in-laws and Gram…
the best dog in the world…
family walks…
good friends and summer days at the beach…
a healthier body so that I can run like the wind…okay, really slog (slow jog) like a snail, but it’s all good!

I'm thankful for your blog because you make me laugh every day. Slog. I love that. Did me some slogging this morning!
I am thankful for my brilliant and beautiful daughter even though she makes me insane sometimes. I am thankful to be employed at a job I'm good at with a boss I love and admire. I'm thankful for my wonderful parents who are so young at heart and will be a part of our lives for a long long time to come.
I'm thankful I am finally getting this weight thing under control.
