That is what I am striving for today; to be focused on my healthy eating goals and not let a little overindulgence yesterday take over. I feel ready this morning. Here's how I started out...
- 1/2 c. plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- slice of pumpkin bread (yes, I still have a few pieces left!)
If you haven't tried greek yogurt, don't be afraid. It is really good; very thick and has tons of protein. I bought the
Trader Joe's brand which has 11gr. protein for 1/2c.!
I also did 30 min. on the elliptical and plan on doing the
Wii Fit later. I am going to drown myself in water today to combat some of the sodium from yesterday! Hopefully, I won't grow gills... :)
